The Latcham Gallery

The Latcham Gallery is the public art gallery located in Stouffville, Ontario, 45 minutes north-east of Toronto. It is dedicated to providing opportunities for members of the community to view art and the ideas that artists express through contemporary art.

The Latcham Gallery was started in 1979 by a group of local artists and visionaries who saw the need for an arts facility in Whitchurch- Stouffville. The Gallery was named after local philathropist Arthur Latcham who donated money to a number of local buildings including the building that was to house the Gallery at 6240 Main Street.

Contemporary Ontario artists working in all media

have a variety of work evaluated by three art professionals.

This exhibition is generously supported by the Ontario Arts Council

and the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville and Stouffville IDA.
