Policies
• Registration is confirmed only when the gallery receives your full payment, or your VISA number to reserve a spot. Please register in person during regular gallery hours, OR over the phone during gallery hours, using a VISA card. We regret that it is not possible to reserve a spot by leaving a telephone message.
• Gallery hours are: Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10am-5pm.
• You will also be asked to complete a registration form – available on our website or at the gallery – and provide proof of age.
• There is a cancellation fee of $25 for any cancellation up to 1 week prior to the first day of class. If a student cancels after that point, there will be no refund. Instead, the gallery may offer a partial credit towards a future program registration with the Latcham Gallery.
• In the event that the Gallery must cancel a session, registrants will be notified and given a full refund.

• This is a drop-off program. Children will be fully supervised from drop-off until pick-up. Parents and guardians are required to pick up children on time.
• In accordance with the Latcham Gallery's behaviour policy, any child causing physical or emotional harm to other campers or causing continual disturbance in the classroom may be asked to leave the program.
• Campers must bring their own lunch and snacks. Foods provided must not include peanut or nut products.

• The instructor assigned to a specific session could be replaced without notice due to illness or scheduling conflicts. This is a rare occurrence.
