Winter Art Jam: Youth Art Classes

Check out Art Jam, an after-school art studio for teens!

Working under the guidance of a professional practicing artist and instructor, youth are sure to excel in techniques and grow artistically. Participants will experiment with a variety of materials and techniques in their very own studio space. Visits to the exhibition on display at our main Gallery space will inspire youth and teach them how to look at and talk about other artists' work.

Registration is required.

To Register, print the following form and return it to the gallery (in person, by phone, or mail). If you are 16 or older, you can fill it out yourself. If you are under 16, you need to ask a parent to fill out the following form: RegistrationFormForTeens

About the Instructor

Lisa Fong

Lisa Fong is a professional artist and educator who believes

and practices in offering her students the same array of guidance that could inspire them to reveal their own personal and artistic expression, creativity, and growth.

Lisa graduated with a BFA fromOCAD in Drawing and Painting and continues to work at her own art practice.  Lisa has experience developing and teaching art to students of various ages at The Varley Art Gallery in Markham and variuos schools in the TDSB.
